DANBox Customer Station

The DANBox Customer Station is an easy to use and understand access panel for DANBox customers. At a glance, a customer can see whether the DANBox has power, whether our remote service center is connected, and is equipped with a switch that allows customers to disconnect the DANBox from outside control.

The DANBox Customer Station is highly customizable and can be installed into a lockable stand-alone water-tight enclosure like the one pictured here, or can be implemented into a variety of rack mount solutions. We can also change the indicators and switch functionality.

For example, this unit has an additional switch which allows the customer to quickly trigger an alert at the Village Controls Service Center. By simply turning a switch, we are alerted by text and email that our customer needs our assistance.
